Initial appointments can be arranged by calling (650) 550.0050. Most therapy requires a prescription from your doctor. Written referrals can be faxed at (650) 550.0070 or hand-delivered at your first appointment.

How to get to us!
We want you to get here without any hassle so that your experience with us begins on a positive note. We are located at the 2nd floor, Suite D, 307 87th Street Plaza, Daly City, CA 94015.

There is convenient, free covered and uncovered parking inside Edgeworth Plaza and along 87th and Edgeworth streets. Handicap parking is available and the facility is elevator and wheelchair accessible.

We are also accessible by public transportation, Daly City Bart and Samtrans Bus #121. Bus No. 121, Stops at 89th street; walk 1½ blocks up to 87th street.
