We will verify your coverage and benefits but it is always good practice also to determine the accuracy of information provided by your insurance company to us. Due to the changing climate within the insurance industry, benefits covering physical therapy treatment and time allowed for recovery have been limited. In many cases, these constraints no longer allow you to complete your prescribed rehabilitation program. From time to time, contracts change and are added or deleted from our list.
