Medicare
You will have benefits for outpatient therapy under Medicare Part B. These services have to be considered medically necessary to be covered. We will accept assignment of Medicare benefits and will bill your secondary insurance as well. You are responsible for any deductibles, plus any balances that insurance will not pay. Medicare will pay 80% of the approved charges and your secondary insurance should cover the remaining 20%.

Managed Care
We are a participating provider with many insurance companies. We accept the companies’ allowable charges and you are responsible for all co-payments and deductibles. Your insurance may require pre-authorization for your visits and a referral from your primary physician. The carrier may have limitations on the number of visits you can have or the monetary amount we can charge.
