We offer discounted self-pay rates to patients that do not have health insurance. You can pay through cash and most major credit cards. We also offer discounted rates and additional discounts for seniors.

Auto Insurance
Please bring your auto insurance policy as well as the name and contact number of your adjustor. We do not accept attorney liens.
